This past Fall Michelle worked her butt off to drop over 10% of her body weight in 15 weeks!! That's 28.4 lbs!!! She has had some struggles in the past (as most of us do!) but her winning attitude has taken her so far in such a short time. Congratulations Michelle, you're an inspiration to us all!

Yep I've got 2 or 3 blanks up there and need a bit of an ass kicking. To be honest, I've sort of felt like a failure with this whole challenge, even though I've felt like a success in my personal life (that is in that dress at the wedding a couple weeks ago, which was my big goal right?). My starting weight for this thing was actually just 1 lb over my previous lowest ever and I haven't been able to get back to it since then. Right now I'm about 4 lbs higher than it which doesn't really matter because I want to get about 6 lbs lower than my goal (so that's like 10 lbs now). It's just been frustrating to see the negative progress I guess.

hey, my weigh in is Wednesday, and I'm expecting a loss... I'll get back to you then. Right now? no scale move since last check in. But that could have more to do with lymphedema than fat.
ok.. I only dropped one this last week for week five.
