From the beginning of this challenge I felt that for this to be a challenge to want to stick to, there should be a prize for the winner, agree?? I hadn't at the time had any idea what that would be of course, but wanted to think about it and see what came up. Since then, I have gotten a few emails from some of you who had item(s) you were willing to donate toward a prize "package" i.e. a new cookbook that was never used or something related to health and weight loss or all around something fun!
Now I was planning on just coming up with something myself, but I'd love to put it out there if any of you had any ideas, or work for a company who was willing to donate a gift certificate or anything of the sort. I'd love to hear from you if you had something to include. Wouldn't it feel great to be the recipient of a prize on top of having lost a ton of weight?!

Great idea!!!
My company isn't really a good one for donating (we sell concrete and are only Alberta and BC based)...
I would be willing to donate something personally though...like a gift certificate or something if that works for you???
Hmmm... I don't suppose the cupcake decorating kit I got in the mail this week falls into the "health" category...
I'd certainly be willing to chip in with something though... even if it wound up being $5 towards whatever you want to pick out.
Thanks guys, you are so great for wanting to contribute :-) I was hoping to find an alternative to anyone sending "money," but we could come up with some sort of gift certificate idea where we could contribute, if possible, to something that is generally usable to anyone regardless of where they are? That's not always easy of course. Or we could make it specific to the location the winner lives (i.e. maybe a specific fitness facility or spa or something in the area the winner lives?) That makes it easier on the shipping costs too.
I'm totally just brain storming here.
I am totally open to anyone's ideas. Please speak up guys! :-)
I would chip in a few bucks too. We can set up a pay pal count... "The Biggest Loser" Fund and the winner gets the pot to put towards something fun or we buy a GC w/ the funds.
The only problem I see w/ that is that it should be everyone contributing equally....
I can donate a purse or a piece of jewelery. I just started working for a new company out of NB that sells this sort of thing, through home parties.
Well, since i have access to all sorts of yummy stuff at my w.w. meetings, I can be in for whatever people would want from there. I know we aren't all doing weight watchers, but there are large spoons that measure out to 1 and 1/2 cup servings (great for rice, pasta, chili, stew etc)..Cookbooks, an electronic points calculator..whatever:)
