I think it is important to remain focused and keep your eye on the prize, especially since we all know that motivation waxes and wanes. So I'll encourage you guys to comment here about what sort of specific goal you would like to really focus on next week. It could be something like getting 4 hard cardio sessions in, staying away from processed foods, not munching and snacking after you've planned in the evening etc.
What types of mini-goals can you think of that will help get you to the finish line on December 27th at the top of the list? You should really take these goals to heart and work really hard to acheive them. These are the stepping stones to getting the job done!

My goal...EXERCISE! This past week I started off good, but then a couple late nights at school and I was off track. Yuck. So this week it looks like my schedule is pretty usual and I am determined to get my butt running on the treadmill. I'm hoping to post at least every other day my Nike+ results so my blogging buddies can hold me accountable. If you visit this week and don't see any charts yell at me, ok??!!
I agree, exercise is a key one for me, but the most important is eating properly while on vacation!!
I am allowing myself one "treat" meal per day...ONLY one...PLUS I plan on getting in a LOT of walking around...so a maintain at LEAST would be lovely!!!!
My goals for the week....
- cutting out diet pop (I'm addicted and I need to stop drinking the stuff - it's been 4 days already and I'm not tooooo bitchy!!)
- EXERCISE!! Getting in 4 days of gooooood workouts!
- WATER - drinking more than my 8 glasses
- my hardest goal ---- not eating after 7 pm
For the next week, I'll be in Atlanta for work. This means I'll be living in a hotel, eating out every meal, and working longer hours. My goals are simple: Do cardio at least 4 times, lift at least once, and make healthy choices when dining out.
Counting my points honestly, and going for walks at least 4 times and trying yoga 2 times :_)
My goal for this week will be to refrain from eating out. That means NO convienience foods. Plan meals and actually follow the plan. No using "I'm tired" or "The kids are starving" as an excuse!
I will take my lunch to work every day next week.
And I'll actually eat it. Not just take it and leave it in the fridge.
I worked out 4 days this week. My goal is to beat it next week. My biggest challenge is weekends though so I'm thinking about this weekend already. No beer! No fast food! No beer! :)
My goal is to exercise at least 4 days. I have got to step it up!
My goal this week is to workout 5 times (once a day starting tomorrow and there's only 5 days left until my WI) and to eat 24 points a day. I managed to munch away the flex again this weekend so I need to work hard Sun-Thurs to make sure I see results again next Friday! Next week's goal is to NOT munch away all those flex like a mad woman on the weekends, ughhhh, all it does is make me feel gross!!
Hmm. I think it will be to set a new challenge for myself like with the lazy man's triathlon I did -- as soon as I met my goal, I started slacking! So now, I have a new one. By the end of this challenge, I want to be able to run 5k. So I will be taking baby steps and run/walking intervals this week. And I will continue exercising at least 1 hr a day.
My goal this week is to exercise on Sunday (done!), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
I need to stay vigilant with late night snacking...and just say "no", up my water intake, and knock at least 5 work outs this week.
Have a great week everone. We can do this!
My goal- Eat clean.

Weight training for me. Want to get in something everyday.
My goal
-reducing the amount of juice and chocolate milk
-going to the gym two times this week for cardio
My goals are to spend more time working out (I've been slacking lately because I've been "busy") and to comment on other blogs (I've already done 3 today!). It's so hard to keep up with all of you, AND find time to comment, so I'm trying to make the time to comment more.

My goal is to go to the gym during the day when I am home and to take my daughter to day care at the gym for the first time. I am scared to take her there for some reason, but I know once I do, I will get over the fear and take her back so I can go to the gym without guilt!
my goal is to stay 100% OP this week..friday to friday. no missing a single healthy guideline (weight watchers) and to get in 30 minutes of exercise 6/7 days this week.
