This past Fall Michelle worked her butt off to drop over 10% of her body weight in 15 weeks!! That's 28.4 lbs!!! She has had some struggles in the past (as most of us do!) but her winning attitude has taken her so far in such a short time. Congratulations Michelle, you're an inspiration to us all!

So true! I used to not try something if I couldn't do it all and perfectly, but now I see more results by starting with pushing myself just a little bit more, a little bit more.
