I need a big butt-kick, guys -- I've spent two days living on Diet Coke and cake and I feel like crap. Ugh! I don't even like cake! Normal food tomorrow, or else. And a run. If I don't, come kick my butt.

Alexia: My dear, don't do this to yourself :-( You are in our top 3! You showed us all what kind of standard we should have for ourselves when you kicked some major butt while in China during part of this challenge and you SILL managed to kick butt WHILE IN CHINA! You have got to be proud of yourself for that and happy to bring in the new year having lost over 20 lbs in this challenge! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I am beyond proud of you! Enough diet coke and cake missy!! Snap out of it and show 2009 what you're made of!
Boo Bear's Place & Kadee29: I have had quite a few emails from people wishing that they had of signed up for this challenge before the deadline but were too late and that's a bit of a shame because we had quite a few drop out who had the chance and many people who couldn't participate :-(
Sooooooooo, even though yes, it is a lot of work, I think it is worth it because there are so many of us who DO get a lot out of the accountability of this challenge, so stay tuned you guys, because how could I NOT do another one in the new year?!
P.S. I have a surprise for the winner this time around too :-) Shhhhhhhhhhh ;-)
