Week 3 Results Pending

Since it's Thankgiving weekend (here in Canada) and I am still awaiting quite a few WI results, I'm going to post the week 3 results tomorrow just to give those people an extra chance to report their WI's.

I hope you all are having a marvelous long weekend!

The Biggest Loser Blog Edition started in Fall of 2008 to challenge and inspire weightloss bloggers with the added element of "tough love" and a much needed additional level of accountability while implementing other key elements to success: "strength," commitment" and "support." We were able to create a positive, yet challenging environment to our blog community where people could easily connect with others and help nudge each other toward their ultimate weight loss goals while using a bit of a friendly "tough love" approach! We are all different, but we're all here for the same reason - to drop the weight and get 'her done, for good!

The Purpose

Here, my friends, is our challenge headquarters. Here is where the results of our blood, sweat and tears will be posted each week. Here is where all of your blogs are linked and where you need to come to click and visit each other and get to know each other. There is a wide range of people coming from many different places on the scale as well as in the world.

Find 5 people that you have something in common with and 5 people that you don't. Learn about their struggles, how they differ from yours and appreciate them for what they are. We are all different, but we're all here for the same reasons.

TIME TO GET 'ER DONE!!

Your Obligation...

Please visit your fellow challengers and do one of the following:

a) Commend them on their WI results, or for their hard work at the gym, or how awesome their OP day was and how creative they were with their menu plans & recipes; or

b) Kick their ass for not complying with "a"

Tough Love people is how it's got to be. You all signed up for it cause the sweet friendly day to day complaining isn't getting anyone anywhere anymore.

We all still love each other no matter what, that will never change because many of us have supported each other for a long time, but it's time to change the atmosphere and get that fire back in our hearts!
